the staff was friendly. the room had a refrigerator and a kettle so i could enjoy a cup of tea anytime.
The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. many spots had not been deep cleaned in a long time. sometimes the towels were changed, but the mat and smaller towel were forgotten (i had to ask for them multiple times). the shower also no longer had a door. It probably broke and was never repaired.

the staff were friendly. breakfast had a wide variety of food, and it was a good quality breakfast. it made the transfer from airport then to the port very easy.
the room was very small for 3 people. i booked a room with a king-sized bed, but it was two single beds pushed together. bed linen was sprayed with a very strong and bad fragrance.
